Return and Exchange Policy

At DL Luminaries, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

Used candles (ignited wicks) cannot be returned.

Contact us at info@dlluminaries.com to initiate. Refunds issued to original payment method (excluding shipping). Refunds will be processed in 5-14 days.

Exchanges:

Request within 30 days of delivery.

Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Free shipping for the first exchange per order. Contact us for details.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product, email info@dlluminaries.com with your order number and photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions:

Sale and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that don’t meet our policy.
